Does Learnify work for workers without a personal smartphone?▾
Yes. Learnify supports three patterns: personal device (BYOD with SSO), shift-shared device (a single tablet per shift with worker check-in by employee ID and OTP), and kiosk mode (a fixed tablet at the gate or sub-station). All three sync identical completion data.
How does offline content work?▾
Learners pre-cache assigned modules over Wi-Fi (typically at the plant gate or in the locker room). They can complete videos, quizzes and attestations entirely offline. The next time the device sees network — gate Wi-Fi, contractor laptop, 4G — the data syncs and the audit log updates.
Is Learnify aligned to ISO 45001 and DGMS requirements?▾
Yes. We provide module templates mapped to ISO 45001:2018 clauses, plus DGMS (Indian Directorate General of Mines Safety) competency requirements where applicable. Audit exports are pre-formatted for ISO surveillance reviews.
What languages are supported for line workers?▾
The learner UI ships in 12 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese and Urdu. Content can be auto-translated by the AI co-pilot and reviewed by your safety officer before publish.
Can contractors and their crews be tracked separately?▾
Yes. Each contractor is a sub-tenant with its own crew list, certifications and renewal cycles. Plant heads see a unified dashboard; contractors see only their own crew; auditors see contractor-wise compliance heatmaps.
Where is the data stored for power-sector deployments?▾
For Indian utilities, the default is AWS Mumbai or MeghRaj (NIC) regions. For PSUs and critical infrastructure, Learnify can be fully on-premise on your VPC with no internet egress at all — content syncs via approved jump-host.
