They draft, they watch, they answer. You decide.
Three agents, one job each, for the three people a compliance programme depends on. None of them takes a decision that belongs to a human — which is the only kind of agent that belongs on a compliance platform.
For training and L&D leads
L&D Copilot
Your policy is already a course. The Copilot just proves it.
Give it the document — a policy PDF, an SOP, a slide deck, a recording. It proposes the outline, drafts the modules, and writes the quiz. Every question is checked against the source text, and any that fail that check are regenerated until they pass. What lands in your builder is a draft to approve, not a page to fill.
See it run on a real policywhat it does
- Drafts a structured course from a document or a brief
- Writes single- and multiple-choice questions, four options each, tested against the source
- Regenerates any section or quiz that fails validation before you ever see it
- Proposes a title, description and cover image so the shell is ready to review
where it stops
Nothing is published until you approve it in the builder. You remain the subject-matter authority; the Copilot remains the first draft.
For compliance, risk and quality officers
Compliance Watchdog
Nothing should be discovered during inspection week.
The Watchdog is the part of the platform that never stops looking at validity. It knows each person’s recertification date, reminds them before it arrives, escalates to their manager when it passes, re-locks access when a certification lapses, and routes the renewal request to you — or approves it automatically where your policy says so.
How the evidence assembleswhat it does
- Reminds learners ahead of expiry; escalates to managers after it
- Re-locks course access the moment a certification lapses
- Queues renewal requests for your decision, or auto-approves by course policy
- Surfaces lapses and pending attestations in the evidence report before an auditor does
where it stops
Who gets access back is your call unless you have said otherwise, per course. The Watchdog chases and prepares; it does not grant.
For every learner
Learner Tutor
Stuck on a module? Ask the course.
The Tutor answers a learner’s question using the content of the course they are in — retrieving the relevant material first and answering from it, rather than from the open internet. It turns a “raise a ticket and wait” moment into a “keep going” moment, without inventing anything your policy did not say.
Learner experiencewhat it does
- Answers grounded in the course material the learner is working through
- Lives inside the course, where the question arises
- Switched on per workspace by an administrator
- Can be turned off globally at any time
where it stops
The Tutor explains; it does not assess. Quiz answers, certifications and attestations remain the learner’s own work, recorded as such.
The rule
What no Learnify agent will ever do
On a compliance platform, an agent that decides is not a feature — it is an audit finding waiting to happen. These four lines are the boundary every agent we ship, now or later, is built inside.
Publish a course a human has not approved
Grant, renew or revoke a person’s access outside the policy you set
Answer a learner from anything other than the course they are in
Mark an attestation, a quiz or a certification on anyone’s behalf
Before you switch them on
What teams ask about the agents
The questions a security reviewer and a compliance officer ask in the same meeting.
The L&D Copilot and Compliance Watchdog are part of the platform. The Learner Tutor is switched on per workspace by an administrator and can be turned off globally at any time.
The Copilot and Tutor use large language models called from our servers; your documents and course content are sent to generate drafts and answers and are not used to train models. The Watchdog is deterministic — it runs on your recertification rules and dates, with no model involved. Ask us for the current data-processing summary for your vendor review.
A draft can, which is why the quiz is validated against the source text and regenerated when it fails, and why nothing reaches a learner until a person approves it. The Copilot shortens the first draft from days to minutes; it does not remove the review.
Every future agent follows the same rule as these three: it drafts, watches or answers, and it stops where a human decision belongs. We will not ship an agent that approves, grants or certifies on its own.
See them in your own workspace
The fastest way to judge an agent is to give it your policy.
Start free, upload one real document, and watch the Copilot draft the course. The Watchdog starts working the moment you assign it.
Your next audit should take an afternoon.
Start free and watch the evidence pack export from your own workspace — or book 30 minutes with a solution architect who has sat through the inspection you are preparing for.
